How and when you get paid

Commissions are paid manually via crypto or PayPal within 30 days of month end. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal of paid orders, excluding shipping. Your rate is recorded against each order at the time it is placed, so a later change never alters what you have already earned.

Minimum payout of $50

You must accumulate at least $50 in commission before a payout is issued. Balances below that roll over month to month until the threshold is reached — nothing is lost, it simply waits.

Self-referrals are prohibited

Using your own code, or referring accounts you control, is prohibited and will result in termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commission. We check for shared accounts, shared email addresses and shared connections automatically.

Performance is reviewed monthly

Every affiliate is reviewed on the same cycle at the start of each month, based on the previous month's sales, and your rate can move up or down with it. We will email you whenever it changes, and you will get a monthly summary of your sales and commission.

No medical claims

All MedVita Wellness products are sold strictly for laboratory and in vitro research use. Affiliates must not present them as fit for human or veterinary consumption, and must not make medical, therapeutic or dosing claims of any kind.

We may reject or terminate any account

MedVita Wellness reserves the right to reject any application, and to terminate any affiliate account at any time and at our sole discretion — including for fraud, misleading promotion, or breach of these terms.
