Refund Policy

GENERAL POLICY
Due to the nature of our research compounds and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products. However, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship.
ELIGIBLE REFUNDS
We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
- ·Product arrived visibly damaged due to shipping
- ·Wrong product was shipped
- ·Product is defective or fails quality standards
- ·Order was not delivered within 14 business days of ship date
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us at orders@medvitawellness.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. To cancel within the 2-hour window, email orders@medvitawellness.com immediately with your order number.
