Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Free shipping on product subtotals of $500.00 or more.
Assessed on the product subtotal after any discount code and before shipping is added, so a discount can bring an order back under the threshold. Shipping itself never counts toward it.
One flat rate, applied to every order below the threshold regardless of size or destination within the United States and Canada. There is a single shipping option, so there is nothing to choose and nothing upsold at checkout.
PACKAGING
All lyophilized compounds are shipped with ice packs in insulated packaging to maintain integrity during transit. Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy. No company name or product information appears on the exterior of shipments.
SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time. It is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are legal in your jurisdiction.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. MedVita Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Orders@MedvitaWellness.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
