Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
PACKAGING
All lyophilized compounds are shipped with ice packs in insulated packaging to maintain integrity during transit. Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy. No company name or product information appears on the exterior of shipments.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time. It is your responsibility to ensure the products you order are legal in your jurisdiction.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. MedVita Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at orders@medvitawellness.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
