All products sold by MedVita Wellness are strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices. By purchasing, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional aged 21 or older.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from MedVita Wellness. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and are purchasing solely for legitimate research or laboratory purposes. MedVita Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

2. RESEARCH USE ONLY

All compounds sold by MedVita Wellness are sold exclusively for research purposes. By purchasing, you agree that:

  • ·You will not use any product for human or animal consumption
  • ·You will not resell products for personal use or consumption
  • ·You understand these compounds have not been approved by the FDA for human use
  • ·You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • ·You will store and handle all compounds in accordance with laboratory safety standards

3. ACCOUNT CREATION

An account is required to complete a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed by third-party processors; by purchasing you also agree to their terms of service.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MedVita Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Products are provided "as is" for research purposes only.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.

7. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a complaint, billing dispute, or wish to report abusive or illegal content, you may contact us through our Contact & Complaints page. We are committed to handling every submission promptly and fairly:

  • ·All complaints are acknowledged within 2 business days of submission
  • ·All complaints are reviewed and resolved within 7 business days
  • ·Reports of abusive or illegal content are resolved within 7 business days, in accordance with Visa requirements
  • ·You will receive a response at the email address provided with your submission
